The short version

I work at the intersection of law, technology, and AI. I've been inside Magic Circle law firms and on the leadership team of a legal tech startup, which means I understand both worlds and the gap between them. I build things, grow revenue, and know how to make change happen in an industry prone to resisting change.

  • Member of the executive leadership team. Own global customer strategy, retention, and expansion revenue across all enterprise law firm and customer accounts.
  • Generated £450,000+ ARR in FY2025 through retention, upsell, and expansion activity, contributing to total revenue of £1.5 million for the year.
  • Defined and executed the company's AI-first customer strategy; developed Lupl's AI adoption framework and trained law firm clients to build AI agents, surface automation use cases, and integrate agentic workflows into live legal matters.
  • Developed custom Claude skills and shareable prompts to extend Lupl's Model Context Protocol (MCP), enabling clients to connect AI workflows directly to their matter management environment.
  • Led executive-level relationships with Knowledge and Transformation Leaders, Legal Operations Directors, and Managing Partners.

  • First of three employees (including CEO Jeff Green). Built the Customer Success function from scratch, establishing all processes, tooling, and support infrastructure.
  • Managed the full customer lifecycle for Lupl's early enterprise adopters, from pilot through technical implementation to enterprise rollout.
  • Led the international product launch in November 2021.

  • TLT: Scoped and launched TLT's first Legal Project Management function across all regional offices.
  • RPC: Transformed the firm's precedent management process and advised on the creation of their first Knowledge Management team.
  • Lewis Silkin: End-to-end project managed the launch of the firm's Hong Kong entity, delivered on time and £144,000 under budget.
  • Avison Young: Redesigned the core business rates system used by GVA's national Business Rates team.
